Roman Kleinrath began his culinary journey in Austria, completing his rigorous training in culinary arts and hospitality before refining his craft in some of Vienna’s most prestigious kitchens – including Palais Schwarzenberg and Restaurant Corso beside the iconic Vienna Opera House. Steeped in classic French and European culinary traditions, he spent years mastering precision, flavor, and technique.
In 2007 Roman made Grand Cayman his home. Here his classical foundation evolved alongside vibrant global flavors, incorporating Italian, Peruvian, Asian Fusion, and native Caribbean influences. But just as much as he belongs in the kitchen, Roman belongs on the water.
As an avid ocean enthusiast and fisherman, he frequently sources his own fresh catch – from Yellowfin Tuna, Mahi-Mahi, and Wahoo to seasonal Conch and Lobster. Today, Roman brings this unique synergy of European precision, fresh sustainable seafood, and warm island hospitality directly to your table, crafting bespoke culinary experiences tailored to your taste.
