Your host.
Born in Austria, Roman Kleinrath trained in culinary arts and hospitality before refining his craft in some of Vienna’s finest restaurants, including Palais Schwarzenberg and Restaurant Corso.
Grand Cayman became home in 2007. Here, his classic French and Austrian foundations met Italian, Peruvian, Caribbean and Asian influences — and a love of the sea.
Today, he brings that experience to your table, using fresh local produce and sustainable seafood whenever possible, with menus shaped around your tastes.
